Who is Andromeda Starsmith?
I am a Vtuber personality that also does commission work, working on the drawings during my Live Streams on Twitch.

Okay, but who are you really?
Sorry Charlie, but I don't reveal my legal identity for safety reasons. If you aren't familiar with the Vtuber community, it focuses on faceless content creation so I'm able to retain my anonymity while making wonderful things for my community.

What are you willing to draw?
I'm pretty open to anything, but as a good cover I will say I'm 100% willing to draw any character, Furries, BL, GL, NSFW (both sexual and violent), Existing Character x OC Fanart, exc. The only restrictions I have are in relation to more extreme NSFW subjects/activities. If you have any questions about specific content in your commission then just reach out on my Contact Me form.

How do I pay?
I have a business Paypal account that will allow me to send you an invoice to your email. This website and page is an alternative for those who do not want to use VGen, where I also have Commissions available. If you would prefer to use that platform, you can fill out a request on my artist profile: click here
Full Payment is required with the invoice. For larger/more expensive projects, installments are perfectly fine and we can work something out to help accommodate you, especially since larger commissions will take me more time to complete anyway.

Do you have a T.O.S. (Terms of Service)?
I do! My T.O.S. uses the Vgen template, but I will send a copy of it with the acceptance email to verify you still want to use my services. Then an invoice will be sent upon verification. If you would like to look at the T.O.S. before submitting a proposal form you can find it on my Vgen under any of the services listed there.

How much experience do you have? I don't see much here for a portfolio.
I have a good couple decades of drawing and creating under my belt. My new Vtuber personality is being kept separate both from my real life and my previous life online so I'm not able to present most of my past work. But I have been in many active fandom communities since I was a pre-teen, and I attended art school in college for a number of years. For recent works in my portfolio everything can be found publicly on my X//Twitter account, and in my community discord.

Okay, I'm ready to commission you. How does this work?
Awesome! I'm so glad you're considering me! First, you can submit a proposal through Vgen or through one of these forms on the pricing page. Now remember, these are proposals, not guarantee of service. And therefore no payment is required to propose a commission. If I accept the commission, I'll send you an email/contact you to send you a pricing estimate and a copy of my T.O.S. for you to review. If you accept my terms, then we will be in business! I'll send an invoice and get started on your commission right away.

How long does it take you to do a commission?
Typically, Commissions will be done within a 30 day period, and some will be done even before that! If it's a very complex commission, for example a Character Sheet or Emotes Pack, or a Character Illustration that has multiple characters in the drawing, then the deadline will be extended to 60 days.
If, for any reason, I am unable to complete your commission, you will be refunded in full and given the progress I have obtained free of charge. (It has never happened to me before, but I do have that in place in my T.O.S. just in case.)

You said you stream your commissions? Does that mean my commission will be seen on your streams?
Yes, it will. If there is a reason you do not want the commission to be seen on stream (ie: it's NSFW, it's a gift for someone, it's part of a debut/surprise event) then we can discuss those terms and deadlines as well. The main reason that I say it will be streamed is because I am a Vtuber and most of my time is spent streaming, so in order to have time to work on your commission, it will be worked on during stream. The commission will probably take me longer to complete if it cannot be on stream from start to finish.
